We investigate all aspects of your health; including your lifestyle, diet, medical history, genetic predispositions, hormone status, immune health, gut health, medication use, stress…
This step may involve further testing, such as blood tests for hormones, nutrient status & immune health, food analysis to identify compatible versus incompatible foods, IgG food testing to identify immune-triggering foods
We create a personalised treatment plan specifically for you to ensure that all building blocks of The Clear Skin Formula™ are supported
We build out a personalised prescription of practitioner-only supplements and/or herbal remedies which are needed to heal the drivers of your skin problems, and support the skin itself
We refer you for additional complimentary therapies that we know will get you results faster; this may include Acupuncture and Corneotherapy (skin therapists)
We track changes to your skin, and keep you accountable to lifestyle and dietary improvements that are necessary for long-lasting results
When your treatment period is coming to an end (which is outlined in your care plan), we review how far you’ve come, retest anything that needs rechecking, and present you with a personalised guide on How To Continue Caring For Your Skin & Your Self so that you can keep up your access to our high-quality practitioner-only products as and when you need them, even when we no longer need to see you regularly.

Our consultations are performed online via Zoom or Practicebetter (our booking system). You will be provided with the required link after booking your consultation.

Please note Emily’s services are at a higher price, which is visible when making an appointment online. Her initial consultations start at $375, and follow ups are $180.
After we have covered all the information that makes you uniquely you (including requested bloodwork),
we put together your treatment plan and present it to you in your Report of Findings.
This consultation is an hour and allows us to thoroughly explain what your drivers are, what we can do to fix them, and what your treatment process will entail. We will also outline how long your treatment will be for (often around 6 months), and how frequently we would like to see you (usually monthly).

These consults are imperative to follow up on how you are responding to treatment, tweak your prescription, track your progress and work with you to optimise diet and lifestyle factors. How frequently we will need to see you for follow up consultations is outlined in your treatment plan, though is most often once a month.

We are all about keeping on track and making sure we’re getting results. Review Consultations are conducted at intervals throughout treatment or at the end of treatment. In these consults, we track and measure the improvements that have occurred throughout your treatment, and create a personalised Self-Guide to Clear Skin so that you can maintain all of the positive changes achieved throughout your treatment.
