Essential fatty acids form the backbone of the skin barrier, which helps to protect from infection and keep the skin healthy and functioning optimally. Zinc, collagen, vitamin C and silica support skin healing and function as well, and are required in higher amounts for those with problem skin. It’s never been easier to feed healthy skin daily than with this signature bundle.

This bundle is designed to support healthy skin cell regeneration. Whilst age, health, nutrition and lifestyle all impact the lifecycle of the skin cells, this bundle will support even the longest of skin cell cycles (around 45 days for mature age skin).

We recommend daily use of these items for 3 months for best results.

Instructions:

Use 2 tsps of Formula S2 daily in water or smoothie. Must be taken with food as zinc on an empty stomach can cause nausea.

Use 2-4 capsules of E/FA Pure daily, taken with food. Two capsules is the recommended maintenance dose for normal skin, and 4 capsules is the recommended dose for dry skin (especially eczema).
